Delete your FT2 account

1. Submit a deletion request

1. Email either address listed below with the subject “FT2 Account Deletion Request.”
2. Include the Google email used with FT2 or the FT2 Account ID / Device Identity shown in the app.
3. Do not include API keys, Pair Tokens, login tokens, project code, or personal files.
4. Reply to the verification message so we can confirm that the requester controls the account or device.

2. Data deleted

After verification, a full account-deletion request removes or irreversibly disconnects the FT2 account record, Google identity association, account aliases, registered devices, push-notification tokens, and cloud-side model-configuration records and secrets associated with that account.

3. Data outside the FT2 account

Projects, threads, files, terminal history, Agent configuration, and CLI credentials stored in a Mac, Linux host, or other Environment you control are not held in the FT2 cloud account. Delete those items on the applicable Host. Deleting an FT2 account does not delete your Google account.

4. Timing and limited retention

We aim to complete verified requests within 7 business days. Security logs, abuse-prevention records, deletion correspondence, and encrypted backups may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion or anonymization. Information may be retained longer only when required by applicable law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security obligations.

5. Effect of deletion

Account deletion is irreversible. A later Google sign-in may create a new FT2 account and will not restore deleted cloud-side data. Anonymous device access and Host-local data must be removed separately where applicable.
