Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of the FT2 website, app, Gateway, and related test services.

Last updated:September 4, 2026

Test-build notice: FT2 is currently in an invite-only testing phase. Features, availability, compatibility, and future pricing may change. Do not treat a test build as an unattended production safety control.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the FT2 Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Services

FT2 provides clients and connectivity for linking user-controlled Environments, supervising agent tasks, viewing state, handling approvals, and accessing related tools. Available features are those provided by the current version.

3. Your Environment and third-party services

You are responsible for your hosts, networks, projects, credentials, Agent Runtimes, model subscriptions, and third-party tools. FT2 does not resell or share Codex, Claude, or other third-party accounts and does not guarantee their availability. You must comply with the terms of each third-party service you use.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Protect devices, Hosts, accounts, keys, Pair Tokens, and access rights;
  • Review commands, file changes, permission requests, and production operations before approval;
  • Ensure you are authorized to process connected projects, data, and systems;
  • Maintain appropriate backup, recovery, and continuity plans;
  • Do not use the Services for unlawful, infringing, destructive, or security-bypassing activity.

5. AI and automation risk

Agent output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsafe. A mobile approval interface does not replace professional judgment. You are responsible for final decisions to approve, execute, deploy, or rely on agent results. High-risk operations should use additional review, testing, least privilege, and rollback controls.

6. Test period and pricing

The current test build does not automatically incur subscription fees. Before a paid plan takes effect, we will publish its price, capabilities, and conditions. A free test will not become a paid subscription without your explicit agreement.

7. Intellectual property and open source

FT2 branding, website content, and product material not separately licensed are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses. Parts of FT2 build on T3 Code under the MIT License; see T3 Code attribution.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may limit or suspend Gateway, accounts, or related features to address security incidents, abuse, legal requirements, or material technical risk. Ending cloud services does not automatically delete data in your Environment.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, test Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of agent output. We do not warrant Hosts, third-party models, CLIs, or project outcomes that you control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, goodwill, or business interruption. This limitation does not apply where the law does not permit exclusion or limitation.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Send questions to [email protected] or [email protected].
